3. Communications Consent (TCPA Disclosure)
By submitting the contact form with the consent checkbox checked, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive calls and text messages from Answer Right AI at the phone number provided, including those made using artificial intelligence voice technology, automatic telephone dialing systems, and prerecorded or artificial voices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
You may revoke this consent at any time using the methods described in the "How to Opt Out" section below.
4. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We share information only with the service providers necessary to deliver our service. We do not sell your personal information. Our processors include:
- Retell AI: powers our AI voice technology and stores call audio and transcripts
- Twilio: delivers SMS messages and routes phone calls
- Google (Workspace, Sheets, Gmail): stores lead and call data and sends our emails
- n8n Cloud: runs our automation workflows that connect the above services
- Anthropic (Claude API): processes call transcripts to extract structured information
- Cloudflare: hosts our website and provides security and analytics
- Google Analytics: aggregated website traffic measurement
We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Call Recording Notice
Calls placed by our AI agent and calls received by our service are recorded. The AI agent will identify itself as an AI at the start of the call. By continuing the call after that disclosure, you consent to the recording. Recordings and transcripts are used for service delivery, quality assurance, and AI model improvement.
6. Data Retention
We retain lead data, call recordings, and transcripts for as long as needed to provide our services, typically up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. TCPA consent records are retained for at least 5 years to comply with regulatory requirements. You may request earlier deletion using the contact information below, except where retention is legally required.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
